Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and convert these into comprehensive program requirements and technical specifications
Design, implement, and deliver reporting solutions utilizing Power BI
Conduct data analysis and provide troubleshooting support for user inquiries and issues
Facilitate user education and training
Participate in daily stand-ups between 8 to 11 AM PST to review progress, address blockers, and share updates
Respond to help tickets from users
