Responsibilities
Develop detailed designs, consisting of drawings, specifications, and calculations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Support larger projects or lead smaller projects or components, coordinating with the Project Manager, team members, and sub-consultants
Provide expert support for multi-disciplinary teams in planning and executing infrastructure projects, including pipelines, tanks/reservoirs, pump stations, and treatment facilities
Conduct site inspections and field measurements
Prepare engineering documents and contract documents, including construction specifications and plans
Assist in preparing client presentations and maintaining client communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific discipline required
6+ years of relevant experience in the planning, design, and analysis of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Broad understanding of municipal engineering, site development design, construction methods, and design and construction codes
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Oregon Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain Oregon PE within 6 months of hire
