Principal Solution Architecture

Responsibilities
Determine primary components and subsystems, analyze technical trade-offs, and define interfaces and collaborations
Lead the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms
Collaborate with business partners, technology partners, and other solution architects to align technical strategies with AT&T’s business goals
Oversee evaluations of vendor products to support the introduction of new products and services
Define the components and interactions of the End-to-End Integrated Architecture
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to outline high-level solutions
Work with portfolio stakeholders, enterprise architects, system engineers, and development teams to align architectural direction
Develop incremental implementation strategies and technical foundations for architectural runways
Promote the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure to ensure consistency and facilitate reuse
Provide solutions for Sales and Service capabilities through Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions
Lead and influence cross-functional teams
Perform cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, and AWS
Work with 4G/LTE/5G and broadband technologies, 3GPP, and TMForum standards
Use Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
Utilize Einstein AI, LLM, and Gen AI technologies
Qualification
Required
Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Computer Science
four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience in a related occupation determining primary components and subsystems, analyze technical trade-offs, and define interfaces and collaborations
leading the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both legacy and modernized platforms
leading and influencing multidisciplinary teams
performing integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, and AWS
working with 4G/LTE/5G and broadband solutions
following global standards including 3GPP, and TMForum
using Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
utilizing Einstein AI, LLM, and Gen AI technologies
