Specialist III, Smart Home
AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Smart Home Specialist III who will be responsible for Monitoring functions related to Commercial and Residential accounts and providing basic technical support troubleshooting. The role involves proactive outreach to Members to enhance satisfaction and improve products and services.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Contact Members (inbound and outbound) regarding alarm activations and questions
Respond and accurately handle Residential and Commercial alarms
Research, respond, and resolve in depth customer technical issues
Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
Train new and current TMs and lead by example, follow, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Document and/or handle Actual/Incident Reports
Additional project related tasks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
3 to 5 years of Alarm Monitoring experience
Advanced active listening skills
Advanced verbal communication skills
Advanced written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to effectively multi-task
Exercise independent judgment and effective problem solving techniques
Basic mathematical, typing (40 wpm minimum), and telephone skills
Basic computer and data entry skills with relevant applications (e.g., Google Suite, etc.)
Must be flexible to work a Tuesday-Saturday shift
