Responsibilities
Responsible for the company's financial strategic planning and execution, including budget management, financial forecasting, funding planning, and capital structure optimization
Establish and improve the financial governance system and internal controls, ensuring compliance, auditing, and risk management meet regulatory requirements and corporate standards
Oversee financial statements, cost accounting, cash flow management, tax planning, and financial analysis to enhance financial transparency and decision-making support
Responsible for the development of the operational management system, including process optimization, organizational efficiency improvement, business synergy, and performance management
Drive digital transformation in finance and operations, building data-driven business analytics and management dashboards
Manage key supplier, external audit, banking, and capital market relationships, supporting financing and capital operations
Collaborate with business, product, technology, and compliance teams to support business expansion, product pricing, cost control, and risk assessment
Supervise company project management and execution, ensuring major projects are delivered on budget, on time, and achieve expected returns
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement to enhance business efficiency and profitability
Provide strategic financial and operational insights to the executive team and participate in corporate strategy development and major decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; CPA/CFA/ACCA preferred
20+ years of experience in finance and operations management, with 15+ years of senior management experience
Comprehensive financial management capabilities, including budgeting, taxation, auditing, fund management, and financial analysis
Familiarity with internal controls, compliance governance, risk management, and audit processes
Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities, able to drive change in complex business environments
Strong cross-functional communication, team leadership, and organizational collaboration skills
Proficiency in financial systems, ERP, BI tools, and data analysis
Preferred
Experience in FinTech, digital assets, cross-border business, or large enterprise operations is a plus
