Responsibilities
Lead requirements discovery with business stakeholders, translating needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories
Own and maintain high-quality backlogs including features, epics, stories, and tasks
Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering execution
Support agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and capacity planning
Partner with engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of scope, acceptance criteria, and dependencies
Lead functional and user acceptance testing to validate delivered solutions meet business expectations
Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolution
Act as a trusted liaison between business partners and AI engineering teams
Contribute to establishing and reinforcing strong business analysis standards and delivery discipline
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting technology delivery teams
Demonstrated experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong experience working in agile delivery environments
Hands-on experience supporting testing and UAT activities
Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise operating models
Conceptual understanding of modern technology platforms, including data and AI systems
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science (Required), Bachelor's: Information Technology
Preferred
Experience supporting AI, data, or analytics platforms. Experience working with enterprise-scale technology platforms
Ability to mentor junior analysts and influence delivery best practices
Financial services industry experience
