Responsibilities
Continually optimizing product solutions and investments while balancing near term value delivery with long term customer needs
Systematically driving release schedules and tracking progress with clarity of communication (written and verbal), so that customers receive recognized benefits early and often
Effectively scale PM-T through the organization with mechanisms that focus on: Raising the security bar to value customers first, Owning product/solution portfolio, Properly escalating, Humbly utilizing feedback, Facilitating continue improvement, Making plan, and staying two steps ahead
PM-Ts work backwards from Customer needs to identify and clarify requirements, maps needs to key business metrics and goals, and creates plans to solve business problems using technology solutions
When barriers, surprises and constraints threaten delivery, the successful PM-T accounts for challenges by focusing on solutions to optimize results
Creating/scaling quality rubrics that address constraints and uphold quality
Qualification
Required
4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition for software products
Bachelors degree or 5+ years equivalent PMT-related work experience
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
