Responsibilities
Own launch execution with Engineering/NPI from win → production
Manage project scope, timing, budgets, risk, and design correctness
Partner with Sales to manage: open quotes, wins, and new opportunities
Lead internal kickoffs + RFQ response coordination with Quoting/Engineering
Create tracking tools/dashboards + program reporting (PNs, quote #s, due dates, RACI, action items)
Work directly with customer engineering teams to ensure launches exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
5+ years of experience in engineering/program leadership
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical/business acumen
Comfortable operating between Engineering + Sales (“technical sales” mindset)
Preferred
Experience with wire harness or related electrical products strongly preferred
