Responsibilities
Oversee Yulista’s HRIS program and HR-related applications, providing application analysis and recommendation, development, and maintenance
Identify, design and document process workflows, systems decisions, designs, and procedures related to HRIS and HR-related technology
Investigates and diagnoses root cause analysis, such as user error or application problems, for data issues
Work with the HR Business Partner team to facilitate the administration of annual performance reviews and compensation reviews
Create reporting solutions through use of Workday’s advanced and matrix custom reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboard maintenance
Configure and maintain Workday business process logic and scheduled reporting/integration processes
Partner with Payroll and integrations team to ensure smooth recurring integrations to Deltek/Costpoint
Facilitates system audits to find system enhancement opportunities and ensure process efficiency
Compile documentation of HRIS procedures and programs and updates as necessary
Administer, audit, and monitor HRIS transactions and reports, as necessary to ensure data integrity, reconcile discrepancies and identify corrective actions needed
Prepare end user presentations and training materials related to HRIS system and other HR applications
Engages with the Workday Community platform to find solutions and suggestions from other customers and Workday Ask-An-Expert resources, stay apprised of new features, and presents system improvement ideas
Participate regularly in professional development activities to keep abreast of changes and new developments in HR technology
Manages security groups, security roles, and system access for Workday users
Ensure compliance of people data processing with multinational, federal, and state laws and regulations
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Perform other duties as directed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business related field (Human Resources Management or related field) or Information Technology (Information System Management or related program) required; experience in Human Resources Development/Management may be substituted in lieu of a degree on a year-for-year basis
3 or more years of related work experience
Intermediate knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management administration
Intermediate knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations
Intermediate knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) programs and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Software
Knowledge of record management and retention practices and policies
Advanced computer application skills including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to use a laptop computer and standard business applications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal
Ability to professionally communicate with other using verbal and written methods
Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
Ability to take on-going educational courses to stay current on laws and best practices
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred
PHR/SPHR (or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or equivalent preferred
Previous experience working with Workday HRIS system/application highly desired
Previous experience working with Deltek, and/or Costpoint preferred
