Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, trust and estate tax returns
Perform year end accounting duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Communicate with internal staff to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 4 years of public accounting and/or tax preparation experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and filing requirements
Proficiency in tax preparation software (UltraTax, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
CPA designation or active CPA candidate
