Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and current enrollment in college required with a concentration in Construction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ability to use construction management program
A keen interest in real estate and development
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
A positive and can-do attitude

GPA 3.0+ preferred
