The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building user-friendly interfaces and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful features for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities
Build polished, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks ( Vue.js preferred, React, Svelte, or similar also welcome)
Go beyond just coding—dive into user metrics, analyze FullStory recordings, and talk to users to inform product decisions
Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to deliver features that solve real user problems
Own end-to-end flows: from frontend delivery to integration with backend systems
Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across enterprise environments
Debug across the stack when needed and contribute to backend code where necessary
Help shape hiring, tooling, and internal processes as we grow
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in a combination of scaling startups and best-in-class engineering organizations
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred, React, Svelte, or similar also welcome)
Comfortable owning UI systems end-to-end
Ability to contribute on the backend when needed
Genuinely care about how users interact with the product
Dive into metrics, watch FullStory recordings, and talk to users to ensure the experiences built are not just functional, but delightful and intuitive
Architected and shipped production-grade, user-facing systems
Balance polish with speed, knowing when to prioritize craftsmanship and when to push scrappy experiments to learn fast
Move fluidly between crafting elegant abstractions and delivering quick solutions when time to insight matters most
Not afraid to step outside the frontend layer to unblock progress
Care as much about usability, accessibility, and adoption as about code quality
Think beyond 'does it work' to 'does it work for the user, at scale, and in enterprise environments'
Thrive in ambiguity, value momentum over perfection, and happily wear multiple hats when it means unblocking the team
Validate decisions with data and real feedback, balancing user needs with business priorities
Believe observation beats assumption every time
