Responsibilities

Design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support decision-making across recruiting, performance, engagement, and retention
Use SQL and other data tools to extract, clean, and structure data from HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) to support reporting and analysis
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define key metrics, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that inform workforce planning and talent strategy
Develop and manage a centralized metrics library and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in reporting across the organization
Enable self-service reporting and data fluency across HR teams through training, documentation, and stakeholder support
Conduct advanced analyses (e.g., predictive modeling, statistical evaluation) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities in the workforce

Required

High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of increasingly responsible experience in HR data analysis or business metrics; OR
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and experience with one of R or Python
Familiarity with HR systems and the data structures found in SuccessFactors, Benefit Focus, Workforce Solutions or similar platforms
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with data modeling, governance, and building scalable reporting infrastructure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or other advanced analytical techniques
Interest in AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance productivity and capabilities
