Mid, Senior LevelAZ Wire & Cable, now part of LindFast Solutions Group, is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory management across nine U.S. locations. The successful candidate will lead inventory control processes, implement improvements, and maintain accuracy and availability of wire and cable products.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of inventory control, accuracy, and flow for wire and cable products
Oversee inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and system stocking levels at the location level, specific to high running wire and cable SKUs
Manage inventory by reel, length, gauge, type, and specification to ensure accuracy and availability
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support growth and product complexity
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system integrity across ERP and warehouse processes
Partner closely with operations, sales, and leadership to align inventory with customer demand and lead times
Take a hands-on approach to resolving discrepancies, shortages, cut-length issues, and operational challenges
Establish and enforce inventory best practices, procedures, and controls within a wire and cable environment
Support scaling efforts as the business continues to grow within LindFast Solutions Group
Qualification
Required
Proven inventory management experience within the wire and cable industry
Strong working knowledge of wire and cable products
A true self-starter and hands-on 'do-er' who takes initiative and drives results
Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make decisions and lead change
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a focus on accuracy
Comfortable working in-office and closely with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in distribution or industrial supply environments
