Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 15-20 employees, driving them to reach and exceed their sales potential
Strategize & Achieve: Ensure profitability goals are met and surpassed by strategically assigning leads and territories and implementing innovative sales methods
Develop & Coach: Track and analyze sales performance, guide your team, and develop actionable plans for success
Recruit & Train: Attract, onboard, and nurture new team members using our comprehensive training processes
Optimize & Promote: Select and display the best products for your market, plan exciting showroom events, and stay ahead of industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in sales management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle reports, P&L statements, and numerical data effectively
Detail-oriented
Tech-savvy
Passionate about leading a high-performing team to success
