Responsibilities
The Product Owner is a global Cross-Functional Leader for the growing set of 'AI Business Leads' and 'AI Citizen Developers' that will be creating agents in both global and regional roles as it becomes democratized across the enterprise
The Product Owner AI is responsible for the company-wide introduction of AI applications in various business areas
The Product Owner AI develops a comprehensive AI strategy that is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the various specialist areas. This includes identifying fields of application, evaluating technologies and setting priorities for implementation
This role involves the strategic planning, preparation and implementation of AI projects. This involves working closely with Prompt engineers and IT developers to develop and implement innovative and commercially viable solutions
In the preparation phase, the product owner coordinates the necessary resources and ensures that all teams involved, including the prompt engineers and IT developers, are well prepared. This includes summarizing the requirements, developing project plans, defining milestones and ensuring communication between the teams
During the implementation phase, the product owner monitors the progress of the AI projects and ensures that the solutions are successfully integrated into the existing systems and processes. Attention is paid to close cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure that the AI applications deliver the desired added value
A central aspect of the role is the continuous evaluation of the profitability of AI tools and applications over their entire life cycle
The Product Owner monitors the performance of the implemented solutions, collects feedback and initiates adjustments where necessary to ensure efficiency and profitability

Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of AI systems
Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning
Experience in managing IT projects and working with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to plan strategically and develop long-term roadmaps
