Senior SAP Service Mangement Consultant
Dale WorkForce Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP Service Management Consultant to play a vital role in the implementation and optimization of SAP functionalities related to service processes. The ideal candidate will analyze and document business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage enhancements to ensure effective service management solutions.

Responsibilities
Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Service Management solutions to support business processes
Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits
Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4
Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements
Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live
Manage and prioritize the Service Management enhancement backlog
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
SAP certification is a plus
Experience with In-house repair, Field Service and Service Contract processes
Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus
