Regional Human Resources Manager
hireneXus is seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple sites in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The role will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, compliance, staffing, training, and HR strategy execution.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the region, providing strategic and tactical HR support across multiple locations
Lead the implementation of key HR programs including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and workforce planning
Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with operational objectives and overall company direction
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to employment laws and best practices
Coach and support site managers and frontline supervisors to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
Maintain strong visibility and connection with field teams through regular travel and on-site presence, promoting a responsive and supportive HR environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional HR leadership role
Proven experience supporting field-based operations in industries such as construction, traffic control, or industrial services
Broad HR generalist background, including deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently throughout the region
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
