Responsibilities

Manage executive schedules with a focus on strategic priorities and time optimization
Anticipate meeting needs: prepare briefs, context, and follow-up materials
Coordinate complex travel and logistics with attention to executive efficiency
Capture decision outcomes and drive post-meeting accountability
Track and report progress on key actions and leadership commitments
Support planning and execution for leadership offsites (ie mid-year manager meeting), Sales Kickoffs, and internal forums
Manage platforms like SharePoint, WorkVivo, and communication cadences across functions
Help ensure leadership updates are clear, consistent, and connect with internal audiences
Design workflows and meeting rhythms that reduce friction and scale with company growth
Anticipate evolving needs by implementing efficient operational frameworks
Continuously refine processes to support leadership effectiveness and organizational clarity
