Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals, challenges, and success criteria
Develop a deep understanding of customer strategy, organizational maturity, and operating context
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by providing clear, outcome-focused guidance
Translate business needs into high-level solution designs, roadmaps, and blueprints
Map customer requirements to Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align
Ensure proposed solutions align with best practices in ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Work Management
Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposals
Partner with sales and delivery teams to shape solutions that are both viable and valuable
Help articulate solution value in a way that aligns business outcomes with platform capabilities
Act as solution owner throughout delivery, ensuring continuity between design intent and execution
Partner closely with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to enable smooth handoffs and successful outcomes
Maintain focus on business value realization throughout the delivery lifecycle
Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and follow-on work with existing customers
Contribute to internal playbooks and solutioning standards
Mentor consultants and support the development of solutioning best practices across the team
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years of experience in ITSM, Agile, digital transformation consulting or related experience
Ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience creating solution designs, roadmaps, or architecture documentation
Preferred
Experience supporting pre-sales or solution engineering efforts
Familiarity with ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks
Atlassian or ITSM-related certifications
