Required

Requires current part to full time enrollment status, or a recent graduate, in a bachelor's or higher degree program at an accredited college or university
Area of study must be in a technical field related to the assigned role
Target hire is a student at a Junior or Senior status at the time the internship commences. Students earlier in their college experience will be considered, along with recent graduates (within six months of graduation)
Must maintain a minimum 2.8 cumulative G.P.A. unless approved by Human Resources
A High School diploma/GED is required

Preferred

Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Ability to interpret technical data
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team collaboration and organizational skills

Temporary employees may be required to participate in the Washington State Pension Plan (PERS)
May also be eligible to enroll in medical insurance if the duration and hours worked requirements are met
Temporary employees accrue paid time off that is available to use after 90 days of employment.
