Responsibilities
Lead operational accounting activities, including inventory, cost of goods sold, revenue recognition, and margin analysis
Oversee the month-end close process, including review and approval of journal entries and account reconciliations
Collaborate closely with Executive and Commercial teams to align business activity with accurate accounting outcomes
Recommend and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency upgrades
Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to accounting team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting experience and operational accounting background within a public‑company environment
Strong proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP a plus) and advanced Excel skills
