The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to deliver scalable and cost-optimized platforms while leading hybrid cloud architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and optimize VMware-based infrastructure
Lead hybrid cloud architecture initiatives integrating on-prem VMware with AWS services
Design and implement VMware on AWS / AWS native solutions (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, etc.)
Drive cloud migration and modernization strategies
Evaluate and implement Open Source platforms and/or Nutanix HCI as alternatives or complementary solutions
Define infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and best practices
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, security, and compliance
Qualification
Required
10–18+ years of experience (flexible based on depth of architecture experience)
Strong AWS cloud experience
Deep expertise in VMware virtualization
Exposure to open-source technologies or Nutanix
Hands-on experience building hybrid and cloud-native architectures
Ability to architect, design, and optimize VMware-based infrastructure
Experience leading hybrid cloud architecture initiatives integrating on-prem VMware with AWS services
Experience designing and implementing VMware on AWS / AWS native solutions (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, etc.)
Ability to drive cloud migration and modernization strategies
