Customer Service / Inside Sales (Dual Role)

They are seeking a dual role combining customer service and inside sales, where the candidate will manage incoming calls, schedule jobs, and assist customers while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and professionally assist residential and commercial customers
Gather details about electrical issues and determine service call vs. estimate needs
Schedule service calls and estimates based on technician availability, job type, and priority
Book qualified appointments for Sales Electricians
Manage customer requests, jobs, and schedules in the company CRM (e.g., Jobber)
Confirm appointments and send booking confirmations
Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, locations, and schedule changes
Monitor daily schedules and adjust routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Follow up on estimates and open requests as assigned
Close basic inside sales when appropriate
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and job documentation
Provide excellent customer service and represent Keil Electric professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and office technology
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to problem-solve independently
Preferred
Basic understanding of residential and commercial electrical services
Benefits
