Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat—deliver accurate, timely resolutions while meeting SLA and quality targets
Create, update, and close tickets in the CRM/ticketing system; escalate complex issues to subject-matter experts with clear documentation
Process inquiries related to registrations, payments, program information, and returns/refunds using internal order management tools
Maintain and update knowledge base articles and FAQs to reduce repeat contacts and improve first-contact resolution
Collect and document customer feedback and recurring issues; collaborate with operations and program teams to drive service improvements
Meet productivity and quality KPIs, participate in regular coaching, and support continuous improvement initiatives for remote support workflows
