Senior Program Control Analyst

Responsibilities
Facilitate collaborative schedule reviews with the program team to ensure alignment on the critical path, upcoming milestones, and the 60-90 day lookaheads. Document and communicate any identified interdependencies or potential risks to delivery
Maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) by accurately incorporating approved changes, resource updates, schedule health checks and mitigation plans to ensure schedule integrity
Conduct detailed analysis of the program's cost performance against the established cost baseline, identifying variances, forecasting potential overruns or underruns, and providing actionable recommendations for financial control
Lead and facilitate program status meetings, capturing schedule and cost performance data, highlighting key accomplishments and critical issues, and driving the team toward resolution of risks and outstanding action items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance or technical field
10+ years of experience
Must be proficient in MS Project (in high tech environment), PowerPoint, Advanced Excel skills, and a mastery of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience supporting full Earned Value Management programs with cost or schedule deliverables as well as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
Comprehensive knowledge of EVMS Guidelines, DoD EVMSIG
Experience creating IPMR/IPMDAR reports for submission to customers
Prior experience as a Program Control Analyst, Program Scheduler, or Program Finance Analyst
Attention to detail required for the creation of Work Authorization Documents (WAD), Control Account Plans (CAP), and Variance Analysis Reports (VAR)
Proven track record of team leadership, problem solving, performance analysis, utilizing program management techniques and achieving the goals of the program and business area
U.S. government position. US citizenship required
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business or Finance
forProject and Oracle experience
In-depth knowledge of Government DoD contracts
Understanding of government Cost Accounting Standards and the FAR
Experience with Production Schedules
