They are seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings.

Responsibilities

Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) including but not limited to, feeding, toileting, assistance with hygiene, monitoring and/or administering medications and all areas of adult daily living skills
Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication and more
Transports consumers within the community using the company van
Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings
Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders

Qualification

Direct care experienceCommunication skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteHigh school diploma

Required

Must be at least 18 years old
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience: At least 6 months of previous experience in direct care or related field preferred
Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license & clean driving record
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
