Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The role involves managing service requests and incident response across multiple end-user devices, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for user calls, incidents, and service requests, ensuring end-to-end ownership in ServiceNow
Log, track, resolve, and report incidents and requests in the ITSM system, maintaining accurate documentation
Support Windows 11 upgrade calls and fulfill assigned service requests promptly
Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident response, providing updates and workarounds as needed
Manage incident and service request fulfillment for all end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Assist with major incident calls and provide self-service capabilities for common service desk requests

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT support roles within enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management
Ability to support end-user devices (desktop, laptop, mobile) and manage major incident calls effectively with excellent communication skills
