Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience
Collaborate with developers, integration engineers, and third-party vendors to support system integration and service delivery
Document incidents and resolutions accurately using tools like ServiceNow, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base
Stay current with emerging technologies and certifications, recommending improvements to enhance accessibility and system performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience supporting assistive technologies such as Microsoft Narrator, Magnify, ReadAloud, and ZoomText ReadWrite™
