Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and support Oracle Process Manufacturing initiatives
Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory Management, WIP, BIM, and Costing
Experience working in complex integration technical landscapes
Collaboration with multi vendors and geographies
Ability to lead the technical discussion with customer stake holders
Experience working 24 X 7 support model
Manage critical system issues under time pressure
Lead and guide onsite & offshore team
Present weekly status report to customer
To troubleshoot scales, scan guns, zebra printers, label issues if required onsite
Participate in periodic Reviews and Audits
Train users face to face and join onsite meetings, build strong relationship with customers so that they are comfortable reaching out for technical issues
Works closely with onsite IT Team
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing - Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory Management, WIP, BIM, and Costing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Third Party Logistics interfaces
SQL, PL/SQL, and RICEW or CEMLI
Preferred
Oracle Certifications preferred
