Responsibilities
You will Define product segmentation (internal & external), marketing requirements and sales strategies for the US Market
You will manage an on-going assessment of customer needs and create marketing collateral and/or sales programs to support
You will create, implement & drive U.S product introductions and phase-out strategies for 3rd party products
You will analyze competitive offerings, wins/loss data and develop sales strategies and tactics to enable differentiation in the US market
You will regularly develop and communicate attributes of business segmentation that differentiate and distinguish our organization and solutions
You will develop supporting marketing collaterals, case studies, customer testimonials and presentations to help drive and support necessary business
You will be the national ambassador for Siemens Healthineers XPAS portfolio in the United States and develop ongoing strategies to grow attachment rate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required
10+ years' experience in Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, Business Development or Service Management
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations
Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization
