Responsibilities
Drive the overall strategy, design, and execution of the ADP Data and AI Infrastructure Platform
Collaborate with key stakeholders and partner teams to deliver integrations, ensure compliance, optimize cost efficiency, and enhance user experience
Partner with internal product and customer teams to shape the platform roadmap and accelerate platform adoption across Apple
Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities
Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Identify opportunities to contribute strategically to open-source communities and represent Apple’s leadership in data and AI infrastructure
Qualification
Required
12+ years of software development experience in Data and/or AI platform infrastructure, with a proven track record of building and operationalizing solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments
10+ years of engineering management experience, including leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing technical teams
Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, serverless computing, and container orchestration
Demonstrated success driving data/AI infrastructure cost efficiency through observability, attribution, and collaboration with service, customer, and SRE teams
Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment across engineering, product, and business teams to accelerate adoption and execution
BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field
