Creating dashboards and analytics to proactively trend and report of critical business needs
Working to standardize and document processes
Creating templates to streamline efficiency of operations
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Person; NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorship for this role
The selected candidate must be enrolled in an accredited university studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
The individual must be highly motivated, proactive, and exhibit good communication skills
They must be willing to be mentored, take direction, and execute objectives in a collaborative team environment
Strong data analysis abilities
Highly proficient in Excel
Ability to build effective visualizations & presentations
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow/JIRA/Confluence
Knowledge of OData
Ability to work in a team/cooperative environment
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
Must be obtaining college credited degree or be within 6 months of graduation
Preferred
SAC Configuration Experience a plus
