Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an On Site Supervisor in the facilities management/Janitorial industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends and holidays
Clean Criminal Background and Reliable Transportation Required
