Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment
Manage cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing processes
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Partner with operations and leadership on performance metrics, margin analysis, and strategic initiatives
Manage external audits, tax filings, and internal controls
Lead and develop a small accounting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
Strong background in cost accounting and inventory
ERP experience required (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA or MBA
Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred
