Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative services and client‑facing journey experiences
Conducting primary research and synthesizing insights to build empathy with clients and inform service design
Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance client experience and drive profitability
Partnering with internal stakeholders to define service visions and develop end‑to‑end process strategies
Acting as a resource integrator by aligning data, research, and cross‑functional input to shape detailed process solutions
Supporting the planning, development, and execution of process strategies that contribute to building the bank of the future
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Process Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in process engineering, service design, or business process improvement
Proven ability to conduct primary research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable process solutions
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design client‑focused journeys and implement process enhancements
