The Integrated Behavioral Health Program Manager will collaborate with primary care teams to support patient care, coordinate workflows, and lead IBH staff while maintaining a balance between direct patient care and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Embedded work within a primary care clinic
About 8 patient caseload per day
Brief, focused clinical visits aligned with medical care (usually 30-45 minutes)
90-minute intake assessments
Predictable weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends
No productivity quotas or travel expectations

Qualification

Required

California-licensed LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
At least four years of post-license clinical experience in integrated or specialty mental health
Prior supervisory or management experience
