Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable construction projects to maintain a consistent project pipeline
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for potential projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other resources
Develop, manage, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, estimators, and project teams to ensure clear and proactive communication
Prepare and manage essential project documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, submittals, reports, and correspondence
Maintain organized and accessible project records and documentation for efficient reference and reporting
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, introducing new materials, applications, and techniques to enhance project value
Execute and manage utility locate tickets and other required permits
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability across all phases of project execution
Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions, reading industry publications, and networking within professional organizations
Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
5+ years of experience in project management, estimation or leadership within the construction industry, with knowledge of Substation foundations
Demonstrated customer facing experience within the construction sector
Proficient in project management and estimation tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to meet or exceed contractual Service Level Agreements, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including accountability, innovation, and a growth mindset
Commitment to maintaining a safe and enthusiastic work environment that fosters team alignment and trust

Preferred

Experience with drilled shafts and flatwork preferred
Experience with power sector preferred
