Responsibilities
Lead Manufacturing Projects: Directs complex manufacturing initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
Solve Technical Challenges: Identifies and resolves intricate manufacturing problems using advanced technical knowledge and innovative approaches
Collaborate Across Teams: Partners with cross functional departments to integrate manufacturing processes and optimize operational efficiency
Mentor and Support Colleagues: Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing
Implement Best Practices: Develops and enforces manufacturing standards and best practices to enhance quality, productivity, and competitiveness
Qualification
Required
4 year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and diverse production technologies
Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing manufacturing projects to ensure timely and successful completion
Capable of identifying and resolving complex manufacturing challenges using innovative methodologies
Skilled in analyzing and enhancing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality
Expertise in working seamlessly with various departments to achieve integrated manufacturing goals
Adept at implementing quality control systems to maintain high standards in manufacturing output
Proficient in utilizing data driven approaches to inform manufacturing decisions and process improvements
Experienced in leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving project success through effective guidance
Capable of developing and executing long term strategies to enhance manufacturing operations and competitiveness
Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and build consensus among stakeholders
Identifies and resolves intricate manufacturing problems using advanced technical knowledge and innovative approaches
Partners with cross functional departments to integrate manufacturing processes and optimize operational efficiency
