Troubleshooting basic technology issues such as Microsoft Teams navigation
Ensuring timely communication with operators
Applying SOM and BSBP retention schedules to BEP records, including electronic files
Assisting with audits of Vending Facility Monthly Reports (VFMR)
Making recommendations to BEP management on improving systems for record retention and operational efficiency
Qualification
