Responsibilities

Build AI-Driven Prospecting Systems
Design and implement LLM workflows that research companies, decision-makers, and buying signals
Build prompt pipelines to generate account briefs, persona insights, and buying hypotheses
Automate lead enrichment using APIs, scraping, and AI extraction
Engineer Personalized Outbound at Scale
Build systems that generate highly personalized email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach using LLMs
Develop prompt templates and guardrails to ensure brand-safe, compliant messaging
Run continuous experimentation on messaging, sequencing, and targeting
Lead Qualification and Intelligence
Build AI scoring models for ICP fit, intent detection, and meeting readiness
Deploy LLMs to summarize calls, extract objections, and recommend next actions
Assist in building automated routing and prioritization logic across CRM systems
Revenue Engineering
Integrate LLM workflows into HubSpot / Salesforce / Outreach / Apollo and internal systems
Build lightweight services and scripts (Python, JS) to orchestrate data flows and automations
Instrument analytics for outreach quality, response rates, meetings, and pipeline impact

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in B2B SaaS, go-to-market systems, and applied AI
Comfortable writing code and also interacting directly with prospects
Experience with Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering
Basic experience with APIs, REST, JSON, and automation tools
Strong written communication and ability to craft persuasive, technical-aware messaging
Curious about customer problems and commercial outcomes
Comfortable learning sales processes and talking with prospects

Preferred

Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
