Responsibilities
Develop and implement controls for our eCommerce platform by partnering with subject matter experts, legal, and business teams to address compliance needs
Monitor items sold on Walmart.com, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address non-compliant products
Draft clear policies and guidance for operations teams regarding prohibited and allowed items on the marketplace
Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Merchandising, Operations, and Corporate Affairs to drive program improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience working on Legal or Regulatory Compliance teams
Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, action-oriented approach with strong initiative
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
