Product Marketing Manager
Brite is a leading Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software provider that helps its customers deliver large portfolios of projects more effectively. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for scaling marketing operations, leading go-to-market launches, and owning market research and insights to enhance the customer experience and drive product relevance.
Responsibilities
Act as a cross-functional connector between Product, Sales, and CS — translating messaging and feedback into usable materials and quick-turn deliverables
Build a cohesive, full-funnel content engine that connects thought leadership to product relevance, accelerating awareness, engagement, and conversion
Work across multiple marketing functions — from content creation and event coordination to website updates to drive execution velocity and provide leverage to
Help operationalize the marketing engine by setting up repeatable processes, templates, and reporting so the function runs smoothly and scales with growth
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to manage and execute e2e launch plans for new products and feature releases, ensuring clear communication, market readiness, and alignment to North Star strategy
Design, manage, and continuously improve marketing communications to support monthly releases, including announcements, social posts, and training
Build and manage website messaging — ensure site copy, visuals, and navigation clearly reflect product positioning, new features, and value props
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to shape, refine, and execute pricing and packaging futures
Track and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives based on business KPIs, being agile and shifting where necessary, and making recommendations for improvements
Build market intelligence by being the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria
Be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned, educate the business on points of differentiation in terms of feature functionality, solution experience, application of AI, and pricing/packaging to ensure our product roadmap includes a competitive moat
Be a voice of the market and advocate for our customers, understanding and reflecting to Product Mgmt market needs and innovation trends based on competitive learnings, churn post mortems, and closed/loss feature gaps
Understand and support our sales channels (direct, reseller, customer teams); train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users
Develop internal tools and external sales collateral, and teach how and when to use it, for example, persona-based demo scripts, demo certification program for new reps, new product sales kits, battlecards, one-pagers etc
In partnership with Customer Success, lead the overall customer journey strategy, and map needed customer marketing efforts, including in-product touchpoints, to enhance the customer experience and improve retention
Work with CS to promote adoption campaigns, feature usage, and success stories. Turn power users into evangelists via testimonials, case studies, and reference programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis, and market research)
Proficient in productivity applications such as Jira, Google Suite
Familiar with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot and Google Analytics)
Power user of design and video editing software (e.g. Riverside, Canva)
Adept at social media (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube)
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn't—working
Skilled writer and public speaker
Must be a team player who can wear many hats within our small (but growing) Marketing group
Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
Preferred
Experience in the Project Management or Project Portfolio Management category: experience with Prism PPM or CWM software preferred
Experience in a scale-up environment and comfortable with fast-paced environments
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) to enhance product functionality, automate workflows, or drive data-informed product decisions
