Responsibilities
Partner with PM and Engineering to define and advocate for a user-centered roadmap for AI-driven livestreaming, integrating GenAI and cutting-edge technology to enhance audience interaction
Own the full design lifecycle with minimal guidance, producing high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual specs for complex, multi-platform creator tools
Lead product innovation through concept development and user testing, staying ahead of industry trends and common capabilities within the global Creator community
Manage and prioritize design work across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring logical, iterative progress toward long-term product goals
Foster a supportive UX culture by providing critical feedback and working cross-functionally to ensure all features prioritize safety, transparency, and seamless user experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments
Experience with prototyping
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
1 year of experience leading design projects
Experience designing for mobile and desktop applications
Experience designing consumer-facing products
Experience in digital content creation or livestreaming, with a proven understanding of the technical workflows, hardware setups (e.g., OBS), and audience engagement tools used by modern creators
