Responsibilities

Understand the NS2 Mission Control Center ecosystem and how it interacts with other NS2 organizations and the SAP Support organization
Work with the NS2 Mission Control Center team to support project training and process building
Bring a fresh set of eyes to the current processes and procedures to suggest possible improvements and optimizations
At the end of the internship, you will deliver a 15-minute presentation to the team on the relevant topic of your choice
Support the team in developing and documenting of Process and Procedures, Training, Reporting and support of NS2 Customers and executive teams
