Akkodis is seeking a Treasury Advisor / Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of payments, receipts, and reporting services, and will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of large corporate clients in LATAM and acting as the primary technical contact for Treasury product implementations.

Responsibilities

Supporting the onboarding of large corporate clients in LATAM, ensuring seamless implementation of complex Treasury Services products
Acting as the primary technical contact for all aspects of Treasury product implementations, liaising with both clients and product teams
Gathering and documenting client requirements, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of payment, receipt, and reporting services
Explaining technical options to clients and providing consultative advice on suitable solutions
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensuring accurate data transmission and inspecting files to meet specified formats and requirements
Building strong relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of trust and confidence throughout the implementation process

Required

A 4-year degree in a related field
5+ years in a similar client-facing role, with experience in Treasury products or technical support
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts, and Information Reporting products, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients
