Manage calendars, meetings and communication for assigned leaders
Support administrative tasks like travel planning, note taking and team coordination
Serve as a backup to other assistants across the company when needed
Help refine assistant processes by identifying improvements and shared learnings
Keep contact information, calendars and documentation accurate and organized
Stay engaged in growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
You have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar support role
You've managed schedules and calendars and are comfortable navigating Outlook
You are detail-oriented and organized
You have strong written and verbal communication
You're a problem solver who adapts quickly and handles changing priorities well
You bring a heart to serve and a flexible, approachable attitude
