Responsibilities

Help plan process flow, equipment layout, and line balancing
Design/source tools, templates, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering requirements
Prepare production floor layouts to meet planned takt time and schedule
Review engineering drawings and 3D models to understand manufacturing process requirements
Develop standard work instructions using Timer Pro

Required

Current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BS from an accredited college or university and majoring in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with strong technical or analytical aptitude
Availability: 40 hours per week from June to August
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Demonstrated leadership potential
Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills
Industry knowledge and/or interest

Preferred

Prior internship or co-op experience with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
