Responsibilities
Design highly usable UI layouts, navigation, and content elements that align with business and marketing goals while maximizing system performance
Translate business needs into user-centered designs and documentation, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of user feedback and data to make informed design decisions and improve user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver prototypes, design solutions, and strategy presentations to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with latest technology standards and oversee testing of coded UI for adherence to design specifications
Mentor and train junior staff in UX best practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in UX strategy, UI design, and user-centered design principles
Advanced expertise in creating intuitive, user-focused designs and prototypes using modern UX tools and methodologies
Strong ability to analyze user feedback and data to make informed design decisions, with experience presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
