Senior Analyst

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of current HR processes (eg: talent acquisition lifecycle), identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes
Apply Lean principles and other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance HR service delivery
Design and maintain automated, interactive dashboards (eg. Power BI, Tableau) that track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to continuous learning and performance improvement
Support the Director in establishing and facilitating working groups for process redesign initiatives, gathering input and driving consensus among stakeholders
Act as liaison between the HR Performance Improvement team and other business functions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate information flow
Assist in the development and deployment of change management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of new standardized workflows and analytics tools
Assist the Director in the development of the HR service delivery playbook, documenting new processes, roles, and responsibilities
Reviewing and ensuring all processes are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the Human Resources operating model
Continuously refine the HRSD playbook based on data-driven feedback, research into industry benchmarks, and evolving business needs to ensure operational efficiency
Provide strong project management support for various HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved
Serve as a point of contact for escalations, helping the team navigate data discrepancies or complex integration issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or change management roles, preferably within an HR context
Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (eg. Visio, BPMN)
Solid understanding of change management principles and frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Broad strategic thinker, with a clear vision and high degree of understanding of change management concepts and practices
Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
Exceptional communication skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to multiple levels within the organization
Preferred
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management (eg. Prosci) is a plus
